Sometimes, banks may suspect a transaction. In such cases, we are required to verify the customer’s identity to ensure they are the legitimate holder of the card. We will request the customer to provide a scan copy of the front side of the credit card and a valid ID. If the customer fails to provide these documents, we will cancel the order and deduct 15% of the total amount. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer’s account.
Goods must be returned within 3 days from the receipt of the parcel and must be in undamaged condition. Custom-made jewelry is not eligible for refund or replacement. For gemstones, a replacement or refund will be issued after deducting VAT, CST, LBT, postage, and a 15% handling charge.
Once an order has been cancelled, the refund process will take up to four weeks. Refunds will be issued by cheque.
